Key ResponsibilitiesDrive admission growth and meet strategic referral targets (10% growth each quarter after ramp-up period)Educate hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physician practices, and community partners on hospice services and eligibilityDevelop and maintain strong relationships with referral sourcesAct as a clinical resource and bridge between patients, families, and referring providersCollaborate with HNC's clinical team to ensure excellent care coordination and timely responseRepresent HNC at community and professional events with confidence, empathy, and professionalismEffectively deliver presentations and engage in public speaking about hospice care, services, and eligibilityQualificationsLicensed RN, LVN, LCSW, or MSW (required)2+ years of healthcare sales, education, outreach, or community liaison experienceDeep understanding of clinical care and hospice philosophyExcellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter who thrives on purpose-driven work and is comfortable with autonomyValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insuranceBilingual English/Spanish a plusExcellent Benefits Package Includes100% Employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageMatching 401K PlanFree Life Insurance and LTD planContinuous professional development and trainingGenerous PTO AccrualHoliday PayEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Small service area for facility managementOptional Aflac supplemental insuranceReady to apply?Click "APPLY" to discuss the next steps.
