They are seeking a Data Analyst to identify data trends and improve operational efficiency by organizing and analyzing data to provide meaningful insights. Responsibilities:
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities• Manage users and user roles• Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets• Assess tests and implement new or upgraded software and assist with strategic decisions on new systems• Train end-users on new reports and dashboardsQualifications:
Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field• 1-3 years of experience in a data analytics or related field• Advanced Excel skills• Solid foundation of database design and experience writing SQL queries for reporting• Positive attitude, high energy, and excellent communication skills are essential. • Must be organized, self-motivated, take initiative, and be solution-oriented. • Excellent attention to detail coupled with high demandsPreferred:
• Experience with one or more of the leading Business Intelligence tools, with a preference for direct experience with Tableau• Intermediate understanding of Python and its data capabilities (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, and PyTorch)• Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook or JupyterLab for data analysis and documentationCompany: LendingOne is one of the nation’s leading direct lenders for real estate investors—from individual operators to institutional firms.
