About the RoleWe're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst Intern to join us for Fall 2025. This is a great opportunity for a student with strong analytical skills to contribute to real-time projects that drive decision-making across departments including Legal, Operations, Finance, and Marketing. What You'll DoAssist in collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple internal systems (e. g.

, CRM, case management tools)Support cross-functional teams by translating business questions into technical data queriesMaintain and optimize dashboards to track performance, outcomes, and operational trendsContribute to the development and testing of data automation scripts and reporting pipelinesHelp ensure data accuracy through routine validation and quality checksCollaborate with stakeholders on ad-hoc reporting needs and documentationWhat We’re Looking ForCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e. g.

, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science)Exposure to SQL and Python for data querying and analysisFamiliarity with Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIComfortable working with large datasets and performing quality assuranceEffective communicator who is curious, organized, and eager to learn in a collaborative environmentPreferred but Not RequiredExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systemsExposure to data preparation tools (e. g. , Tableau Prep, Alteryx) or RPA platforms like UiPathInterest in text analysis or natural language processing tools
