This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-looking organization with strong international ties and a clear strategic direction.About the role - Drive the optimization of the Risk Management FrameworkAs a Senior Risk Manager, you will play a key role in optimization of our risk management framework and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and our international network to identify, assess, and monitor risks, ensuring we remain resilient and future-ready. This entails, among other things:Develop and maintain the Risk Management Framework in line with DORA and Solvency IIEnsure integration of risk management into strategic and operational decision-makingSupport regulatory compliance and internal audit processesCollaborate with group-level risk teams to align local practices with global standardsSupport the the senior mamagement with risk oversightConduct 2nd line reviews (assurance activities) ensuring that the business adheres to sound risk and control managementAbout you - Communication, process optimization and risk management know-howTo succeed in the position, we expect you to haveA Master's degree (or equivalent) in a financial, quantitative or business-related science such as:Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Mathematics, Business Administration 2+ years of work experience in risk management or a related financial/operational discipline preferable in the financial sector Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to senior stakeholdersProficiency in risk assessment methodologies and with GRC systems (RSA Archer is a plus)Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (DORA and Solvency II) Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills and report-writing skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to senior stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in risk analysis within insurance or financial servicesKnowledge of Solvency II, ORSA, and other relevant frameworksExcellent communication skills in English (Danish or Norwegian is a plus)A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a changing environmentJoin us on our journey!Our Risk Management team consist of 7 dedicated and high performing employees located in Stockholm and Frederiksberg.
