Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Joiner Tour Executive located in Balapitiya. The responsibilities include creating and customizing travel itineraries, managing tours and customer logistics, coordinating guided tours, and providing impeccable service to ensure client satisfaction. The Joiner Tour Executive will work closely with travelers to align tour schedules with individual interests and will oversee tours to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications Skills in Tour Planning, Itineraries, and customizing travel schedules to meet specific client needsProficiency in Guided Tours and Tour Management to facilitate well-organized and smooth experiencesExcellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with clients and team membersStrong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple requests effectivelyKnowledge of Sri Lanka’s cultural sites, natural attractions, and local traditions is a plusProficiency in using tour planning and management tools is beneficialFluency in English and proficiency in other languages is preferredPrevious experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
