They are now seeking a Journalist to join the team.Essential CriteriaA formal journalism qualification OR Recent journalism experience and strong news judgment, with the ability to work calmly under pressureA track record in delivering original journalismThe ability to produce strong analytical material under tight deadlinesInterview experienceA highly motivated, self-starting attitudeStrong proofreading skills and the ability to write clear, concise copy for multiple platformsAn understanding of how audiences consume contentA detailed knowledge of politics, current affairs, and public policy in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.A firm grasp of local government, strong digital skills and a track record of great ideas are essential for this role.The position offers a salary scale of £28k- £30k with excellent personal and career development for the right candidate.Own transport is essential.
