Joining the Monarto Safari Resort team, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests. About The RoleUnder the direction and guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Front Office, to deliver a unique and exceptional guest experience at Monarto Safari Resort. You'll play an integral part in opening our luxury safari tents in 2026. Your tasks will mostly involve:
Providing high quality guest service by managing guest experiences and hotel operationsPrioritising workload including task allocation to ensure your team deliver memorable experiencesDeveloping your team's skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performanceHaving authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries or concernsBeing first point of contact for any critical emergency situationsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:
