About The CompanyTata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and IntelligenceDriving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services, we at Tata Communications are envisaging a New World of CommunicationsJob DescriptionCustomer Service ExecutivePosition Summary(Key Objectives/Purpose of the Job)*NTAC SMEMajor Responsibilities*Providing L2 and L3 Support and ensure NW and system uptimesInterlocks and coordination with cross functional teams for issue resolution.Handling the escalated customer and SD related issues and providing L2 and L3 support.Network Major event handling and tracking with regular update on resolutionNetwork level restorationExtending support for IOR execution and new augmentationPresenting the network/system performance to the managementVendor Management and vendor performance evaluationEMS/NMS Server upgrade ,performance monitoring & user management.Qualification – Necessary requirement"Degree in ECE/EE or BCA/MCA or equivalent from any recognized institution/universityCertification in any specialization will be added advantage"Experience – Necessary requirement1 to 2 years of experience in the transmission.Skill Requirements(Top 5) - Include Skills requirement in Domain, Leadership and BehaviouralVery good knowledge in SDH/DWDM/OTN technologiesFamiliar in troubleshooting OSP/ISP/Infra issuesHands on SDH/DWDM/OTN equipment's like Alcatel/NEC/Huawei/ECI/Tejas, Adva /Cisco/Ciena EMS/NMSGood concepts in NW design, DCN and Sync deploymentCan handle team size of 5-8 and proactive in approachGood interpersonal & communication skills.
