Jr. Infrastructure Engineer

Job Title: Jr. Infrastructure Engineer Location: Onsite Managua Nicaragua or Cali Colombia Employment Type: Full-TimeCompany Overview: We are a leading IT services company committed to delivering high-quality technology solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated Jr. Infrastructure Administrator to join our team and support the growth and stability of our IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:-         Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.-         Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Hyper-V environments.-         Provide technical support to users, including hardware and software troubleshooting.-         Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and recovery readiness.-         Set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.-         Assist with network maintenance and monitoring to ensure optimal performance.Required Skills and Qualifications:-         Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Hyper-V.-         Strong knowledge of server monitoring, network maintenance, and IT support processes.-         Hands-on experience with hardware and software setup and troubleshooting.-         Familiarity with backup procedures and data recovery best practices.-         Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.-         Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications:-         Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, or VMware certifications).-         Prior experience in an IT services environment.-         Why Join Us:-         Opportunity to grow in a dynamic IT services company.-         Collaborative and professional work environment.-         Exposure to cutting-edge IT infrastructure technologies.-         Interested?
