Jr Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes. ResponsibilitiesIdentify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaignResearch and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategyDevelop content of marketing campaignsStay up-to-date on current marketing trendsDevelop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our restaurant and coffee shop offerings.Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including content creation, engagement, and analytics.Collaborate with the culinary and barista teams to highlight seasonal menus, specials, and events.Create and curate visually appealing content that captures the essence of our brand and products.Partner with local influencers and communities to build brand awareness and loyalty.Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.Assist in planning and promoting in-store events, promotions, and campaigns.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in marketing, with strong knowledge of social media management.Passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry.Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and content creation.Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Photography or basic design skills are a plus.
