Job DescriptionAs part of Jungbunzlauer’s product management, our technical support team provides the personalised assistance our sales team, customers and distributors need to overcome their daily technical challenges.ResponsibilitiesAs member of this team, you will interact with Technical Support Specialists, sales and production plants to provide non-commercial pre- and post-sales service to our global sales team, distributors and customers.Your main responsibilities will include:Organising, creating and maintaining technical and sales documentation materials and presentationsAssisting the Technical Support Specialists on product related inquiries, questionnaires and complaintsCoordinating and managing certificationsOrganizing and conducting product training sessions for sales and distributorsQualificationsCommercial training or Bachelor’s degree in Business AdministrationExcellent proficiency in German and EnglishHigh quality of work, reliability, and commitmentOutstanding learning ability, deep curiosity, ownership mentality and team spiritExceptional communication, coordination, and organisational skillsAbout UsBe part of a team that drives innovation and sustainability.At Jungbunzlauer, we create high-quality, naturally derived ingredients that enhance everyday life – from food and beverage to nutrition, health, and home and personal care.
