Procurement SpecialistThe role is responsible for managing local procurement of Services categories (Professional and General Services) within the SEA+ cluster, including strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and relationship management. Supports consolidation of requirements and ensures quality, cost-effective supply through aligned procurement strategies with business partners. As the Procurement Specialist under the area of Global Indirect Procurement, you will: Recommends and executes procurement strategies, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and proper documentation for local, regional, and global needs. Resolves issues related to vendor performance in delivery of goods and services.
The role also supports the Payment Team in procurement related concerns on payments, closing documents, etc. Regularly maintains purchasing related analytical reports. Supports decision making process of their supervisor and internal customers. Provide legal counsel on employment law, data protection, competition, consumer protection, anti-corruption, and corporate governance matters. Manages existing supplier base in his/her respective area and maintain effective communication with vendors Monitor compliance with corporate procurement policies, code of conduct, operating guidelines, local regulations and visibility for corporate audit as well as JSOX requirements.
Supports sourcing activities by assisting with requirements, supplier negotiations, and commercial agreements to optimize quality, cost, and service. Requirements: University degree with 3-5 years of experienceStrong system utilization and analysis techniques for Procurement and sourcing activities. MS Office and SAP (optional). Well experienced in Procurement, Purchasing, Relationship Building, Customer Service, Reporting
