Our team is growing, and we need forward-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth.Title - Junior LawyerTitle Here is the job description:Tracking status of commercial and vendor contracts that are being negotiated;Coordinating with US legal to set up the process for contract management;Maintaining the contract repository for vendor and customer contracts;Maintain the company templates on the company's internal webpage;Following up with internal teams where the contracts are pending for their inputs;Take on ad hoc projects initiated by other internal departments and coordinate with the correct POCs to collect their input;Initiate signature for the agreements once all required approvals are in place;Initial review for the NDAs and non-complex vendor agreements; andManage contract amendments.Skill/qualifications:Law degree with 3-5 years of experience.Well-versed with Excel, Word, and Smartsheet’s.Experience in managing contract life cycle.Excellent communication skills.Collaborative work style.Internal stakeholder management.We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
