You’ll be a team player who is focused on building strong relationships. You will have established drafting, procedural and technical skills, particularly in contract disputes and insolvency litigation.What does a typical day involve?Matters within the team range from contract and partnership disputes, oppression and fraud cases, sale of goods, credit law, corporate and personal insolvency (including public examinations), securities and breach of directors’ duties claims. You’ll manage files autonomously and be able to oversee their progression from start to finish with the help of your designated mentor.You’ll also be the primary contact for key clients and build lasting connections as you progress in your career with us.File Work Will Include, But Not Limited ToRunning litigation matters through to trial in all jurisdictions in AustraliaAppearing at mediations and settlement conferencesRegular advocacy in all courtsDefending voidable transaction proceedingsActing in equitable priority disputesWhat benefits do we provide?
