Junior Account ManagerRole SummaryWe are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Junior Account Manager based in Colombia to support our client’s growth across the USA, Central America, and South America.This role combines sales, customer success, and account management, with responsibilities ranging from lead follow-up and virtual product demonstrations to onboarding schools and managing long-term customer relationships.You will work remotely, collaborate closely with a New Zealand-based team, and occasionally travel internationally for conferences or customer visits.What You’ll DoSales & Relationship BuildingManage and qualify inbound sales enquiries, engaging new schools and education partners quickly and professionally.Conduct outbound prospecting (email, phone, events) to generate new opportunities across the Americas.Deliver engaging virtual product demonstrations to teachers, principals, district leaders, and distributors.Build strong, trust-based relationships with educators and decision-makers.Maintain structured pipeline management in HubSpot (CRM), including forecasting and follow-up tasks.Account Management & Customer SuccessLead smooth onboarding and activation for new schools, ensuring teachers and students get set up successfully.Provide ongoing support and guidance to maximise engagement and learning outcomes.Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and expansion within schools and districts.Respond professionally to enquiries, troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed.Monitor platform usage and proactively engage low-usage customers.Market Development & TravelRepresent ImmerseMe at education conferences, trade shows, and regional events across the USA and Latin America.Support relationship-building with distributors, ministries of education, and educational associations.Identify regional trends and new growth opportunities in language learning and EdTech.Internal Collaboration & ReportingCollaborate closely with NZ-based team members during onboarding (first few months working 2:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m. COL).Provide weekly sales and customer updates, insights, and recommendations.Contribute to marketing content such as case studies, testimonials, or regional stories.Suggest process improvements based on customer interactions and market needs.You’re a Great Fit If You:1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer successExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proven experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.) as well as essential platforms like Zoom and SlackNice-to-Have QualificationsPrevious experience in the EdTech or SaaS (Software as a Service) sectorsBackground in outbound prospecting and managing structured sales pipelines (forecasting, follow-up)Demonstrated ability to oversee user onboarding/activation and identify upsell or renewal opportunitiesWillingness to travel occasionally within the AmericasNative or equivalent Spanish proficiency; additional languages are a plusPerformance ExpectationsSales target: NZD $250,000 annualised (after 6-month onboarding period).Maintain consistent activity levels (calls, emails, demos, onboarding) to support target achievement.Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and school retention rates.Benefits100% remote role with flexibility and modern home-office setup provided.Opportunities for international travel (USA, Central/South America).Professional development and training pathways.Competitive salary + performance incentives.Work with a supportive global team and contribute to meaningful educational impact.Work Setting:Location: ColombiaJob Type: RemoteWork Schedule: M-F 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. COT (2:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m. for onboarding)Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)About UsOutsourced.ph is a leading ISO-certified Philippines offshore outsourcing company that provides dedicated remote staff to some of the world's leading international companies.
