You will take care of our clients, making sure that they know what's going on and that they get timely support.IMPORTANT: You will be the first Junior Account Manager at DeqVision and one of the Co-Founders will be your direct manager! If you are hard-working and have the ambition, you can achieve amazing career and personal growth in the upcoming years.Tasks:Daily communication with current clients (via email, chat, phone)Onboard new clients and guide them through our processesCollect and track client performance dataDeliver weekly and monthly performance reportsIdentify and recommend improvements to client-facing processesRequirements:At least one year of experience in a client-facing roleExcellent Bulgarian and EnglishEmotional IntelligenceAbility to build long-term relationshipsResilience and openness to constructive feedback.Familiarity with business metricsNice-to-have:Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similarAny courses taken for communication skillsFamiliarity with Meta or Google Ads platformsIf you're just starting out in Digital Communication, but already know this is your path - and you're ready to grow inside a supportive, ambitious team - we’d love to hear from you.
