Job Title: Junior Accountant - US BasedLocation: Plaza ONE, GT Road, near DHA Phase 2 Gate 1, IslamabadWorking Hours: 2 PM – 11 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our accounting team in Islamabad. You will work with international clients (mainly from the US) and manage their full bookkeeping cycle using QuickBooks Online, Xero.This role is ideal for someone with at least 1-2 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience, who is organized, detail-oriented and confident working with multiple clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clientsManage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collectionsHandle bank and credit card reconciliationsProcess payroll and ensure accurate recordsPrepare and review financial reportsCommunicate with clients to answer queries and provide supportRequirementsMinimum 1-2 years of professional bookkeeping/accounting experienceProficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero and ExcelStrong understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP knowledge is a plus)Excellent attention to detail and time management skillsGood communication skills, especially in client-facing rolesChartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a plus but not mandatory
