Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Accountant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, handling basic accounting tasks, and supporting month-end processes while gaining hands-on experience in the construction and renovation industry.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily financial transactions on Quickbooks, including expenses, invoices, and payments.Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.Prepare and maintain proper filing of petty cash invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.Support bank reconciliations on Quickbooks.Coordinate with project teams (Site Engineers, Procurement) regarding cost tracking and expense documentation.Support VAT-related documentation and filing.Assist during audits and internal financial reviews.Perform general administrative tasks related to the finance department.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2–5 years of accounting experienceMinimum of 1 year UAE experience is requiredBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareQuickbooks proficiency is a plusAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesFluent in English (written and spoken)If you are interested, please share your CV along with a few words about yourself to admin@reviverenovation.ae
