You will gain experience across core accounting processes — from month-end closing and reconciliations to intercompany transactions and internal controls.This position offers exposure to a wide range of finance operations and collaboration with teams across our international network, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in accounting and finance. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and digitalization initiatives within our shared service environment. The role begins with three months of onsite training in our Sofia office, followed by a flexible hybrid work model.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver accurate and timely accounting services in line with internal controls and company proceduresEnsure correctness of data in company systems and identify unusual events, escalating and resolving them with your supervisorParticipate in process transitions and knowledge transfersMaintain up-to-date and accurate documentation, ensuring full compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policies (CAS)Provide cross-training and back-up support within the Record to Report (RTR) areaSupport activities related to General Accounting (GA) and Intercompany (IC), as well as reallocations from Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)Maintain ongoing control over accounting activities in your assigned ledger and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesEducationWhat we are looking forBachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or EconomicsExperience0-2 years of relevant experience in finance operationsCompetenciesExperience with simple query handlingGood MS Office skills, ERP knowledgeStrong team player Problem-solving attitudeTo demonstrate analytical skillsGood interpersonal & communication skillsTaking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and team work practices Proficiency of written and oral English.What We OfferYou’ll be part of a global finance community that values learning, collaboration, and innovation.
