Junior Accountant

📍 Location: Remote (Latin America)💵 Salary Range: $1400 - $2,000 USD P month📋 OverviewOur client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our client's financial information is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with US accounting standards. You'll work closely with the Accounting Manager and report directly to the CFO. This position calls for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and eager to grow.🧾 ResponsibilitiesConduct new client book setups, including creating financial records from scratch when necessary.Perform payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy in payroll software and Profit and Loss statements.Maintain and reconcile financial statements.Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions.Prepare and assist in financial reporting.Analyze discrepancies and provide solutions for reconciling issues.Liaise with clients and internal team members to address queries promptly.🎓 QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Professional presenceExperience working in US GAAP.Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.Solid problem-solving skills.🌟 Nice to HavePrevious experience working in a small or boutique firm.QuickBooks OnlineAbility to work with younger team members with ambition and a drive to succeed.No tolerance for making excuses; a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.Familiarity with other accounting software and tools.Experience reporting to upper management or directly to the CFO.🚀 Join our team and help us drive our clients' success with your expertise and dedication!
