Since launching in 2017, we have served millions of millennials, transforming how this generation approaches healthy living.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Accounting and Compliance Manager, based in Indonesia, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities include managing general ledger activities, preparing statutory reports, overseeing tax compliance, and supporting audit processes. The Junior Manager will also collaborate with various teams to improve internal processes and ensure adherence to financial policies.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the general accounting functionsConduct month-end and year-end closingPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completenessPerforming monthly balance sheet and profit loss reconciliationWork with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-endExamine tax policies and review tax payments and returnsAnalyze manufacturing costs and compare standard costs to actual production costs, identifying variances and potential cost-saving opportunities.Evaluate and report profit margins by product, sales channel, and retailer .Calculate and manage reserves for obsolete inventory.Perform intercompany reconciliations, ensuring consistency and accuracy across entities.Maintain inventory completeness and accuracyQualificationsSolid academic background; Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance/Tax from reputable University or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA, CGA, Brevet)Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG industry as accounting manager, added value  in audit firm (preferably big 4)Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills and financial modelling skills.Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.High level of ethics and integrityStrong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challengesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationshipsAbility to work with little supervision and track multiple processes;Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities;Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;Strong feeling of responsibility.
