The Junior Agency Operator will handle daily maritime operational tasks, coordinate with clients and vessels, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between parties, resolving logistical challenges, and assisting in the preparation of reports to meet client specific requirements.QualificationsOperational expertise in Maritime Logistics and Shipping Agency tasks, minimum 1 year.Strong skills in coordination, communication, and relationship managementProficiency in documentation, customs processes, and complianceHighly organized and able to manage time-sensitive tasks efficientlyFluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plusTechnical knowledge in shipping operations and relevant software toolsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environmentBachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related fields preferred
