About the Job / 职位简介We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to grow their career in agriculture!As a Junior Agronomist, you will support the plantation team in improving crop yield, monitoring plant health, and developing better farming methods.你将协助种植团队改进种植方式、提高产量、监测作物健康，是推动农业可持续发展的重要角色。Job Responsibilities / 工作职责Support plantation activities including planting, cultivation, and harvesting improvements.Conduct field visits to collect soil and crop samples for testing.Analyze data to identify issues like nutrient deficiency or pest damage.Assist in implementing better farming practices and irrigation systems.Keep records of farm data, field reports, and crop conditions.Prepare findings and reports for management.Participate in training programs and share knowledge with field teams.Perform any other tasks as assigned by your superior.Requirements / 任职要求Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Passionate about plantation, crops, and outdoor work.Able to travel and work at plantation sites (Accommodation is provided if needed).Strong observation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data recording.Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese to work with diverse teams.
