Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior AI Business Strategy Consultant in IBM Consulting, you'll be working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points, bringing together IBM's unique capabilities across strategy, innovation, design, data analytics, cognitive computing, and technology platforms to develop and deliver high-impact transformation programs.Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed.In Your Role, You May Be Responsible ForSupport client engagements: discover/prioritize AI use cases, build business cases, and draft roadmaps and operating models.Research market/tech trends (incl. GenAI) and synthesize insights into crisp point of views, slides, and proposals.Develop AI solutions in close coordination with our globally operating clients across sectors and industriesTranslate business problems into technical requirements with data/ML teams; scope pilots, define KPIs, and track value; assist with change management and training.Drive AI governance: help define policies/controls, run risk & impact assessments (incl. data privacy), align with relevant regulations, and maintain model documentation and review cadence.What We OfferIndividual career pathAccess to countless trainings and certification offeringsA knowledge sharing cultureAn environment where you are actively contributing your ideasThe possibility to work in projects in one of the largest IT companiesRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseSolid grasp of AI/ML and GenAI basics (LLMs, model lifecycle, data quality/governance, risk & ethics) and the ability to explain them to non-technical audiences.Consulting toolkit: structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis, business-case modeling (Excel/Sheets), and slide-writing/storytelling (PowerPoint/Slides).Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management; comfort facilitating workshops; fluent English, ideally also in French and German; able to collaborate across time zones and travel as needed.Bachelor’s in business/engineering/CS (or similar)Preferred Technical And Professional ExperiencePrevious consulting experience is considered as a strong plus
