Reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for:Owning escalated technical cases related to integrations, API failures, Performance and data sync issuesInvestigating problems end-to-end - from logs and API calls to reproducing issues using tools like Postman, cURL and PythonWorking directly with engineers, Professional Services, Sales, and Support teams to understanding context and driving solutionsJoining customer calls during escalations and helping explain complex issues in clear, simple termsSpotting recurring issues and working with R&D to improving monitoring, documentation, and internal toolsWhat We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)Strong analytical skills, a curious & assertive mindset- you like finding out why something broke, not just fixing itFamiliarity with REST APIs, Postman, or any scripting languages or toolsBasic knowledge of Python (or the willingness to pick it up quickly)Great communication skills — you can talk to engineers one minute and customers the nextDegree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant experience from a technical role (e.g., IDF Unit 8200)What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Experience in the Cyber Security industryAt Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
