This is a strategic leadership role that combines deep technological expertise with hands-on management of global teams, delivering advanced products powered by cutting-edge AI, LLMs, and real-time Big Data technologiesThe ideal candidate brings both a strong engineering background and experience working closely with a wide range of clients – from enterprise to government and defense organizations:Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development of scalable Big Data and AI solutions, including real-time processing and intelligent automationManage and mentor cross-functional development teams (20+ engineers) across global locationsDefine and implement technology and product roadmaps in alignment with business strategyOversee architecture, design, and execution of SaaS platforms at scaleDrive innovation through AI/ML, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AICollaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and executive stakeholdersWork directly with a wide range of clients and partners – including enterprises, integrators, and public sector bodies – to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutionsMaintain close working relationships with strategic accounts, including defense and intelligence sectorsPromote engineering excellence, DevOps culture, and scalable cloud architecture:Requirements5+ years of experience managing development teams of 20+ peopleStrong hands-on expertise in Big Data technologies, includingApache Spark, Apache Flink, Kafka, Hadoop, Elasticsearch, NoSQLProven experience in designing and building scalable SaaS solutionsDeep understanding of AI/ML, with practical experience in LLMs and NLP workflowsStrong architecture and cloud-native experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)Experience working with diverse client groups, including government organizationsExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsFluent in English – both written and spoken:AdvantagesBackground in defense, intelligence, or security sectors – major advantageExperience with tools such as Vertex AI, SageMaker, Hugging Face, LangChainAcademic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldsExperience in client-facing roles and delivering complex enterprise-grade solutions
