AI & Quantum Sovereignity Lab is seeking a lab and research coordinator. We are a non-profit equally focused on public policy and its implementation, enabling secure, innovative collaborations between government and industry in the areas of AI and quantum technology.+ Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Lab & Research coordinator. In this hybrid role, you’ll take ownership of diverse tasks, from creating presentations, and coordinating policy research to managing supporting marketing efforts. + Key ResponsibilitiesUtilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Perplexity, etc.) for content creation, data processing, and visual representationPreparing professional presentations in Hebrew and English (Google Slides / PowerPoint)Mapping relevant technology partners for government challenges and the organization’s innovative projectsSupporting and implementing marketing processes (B2G, B2B, and B2C)Managing and creating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and more)Coordinator between organizations from different sectors: government ministries, academia, industry, and nonprofit organizations.Coordinating writing and editing research papers, blogs, and opinion articles (in Hebrew and English)Conducting literature reviews/market and technology reportsOngoing administration: drafting emails, writing work reports, processing basic payments, and scheduling meetings+ RequirementsDemonstrated expertise with AI tools for content and designAt least 2 years of experience in creating presentations and marketing/research contentNative-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, and writing)Strong analytical and marketing writing skillsProven experience with social media platforms and digital promotion (organic and paid – an advantage)Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skillsAdvantages:Degree in public policy or technologyExperience working with government offices or public sector organizationsBackground in market/policy research or strategic consultingBasic understanding of bookkeeping/payment processesPassion for social innovation and impact sectorsTo apply, please send the following to HR@aiq-lab.org with "Lab & Research Coordinator" in the subject line.ResumeShort writing samples (article/blog/presentation)Link to LinkedInSalary ExpectationTwo professional references for recommendation purposes.
