Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:Perform all phases of architectural work including planning, design development, and execution of construction projects.Take project briefs to identify client needs and prepare feasibility reports and design proposals.Develop schematic drawings, presentation drawings, 3D renders, and final construction documents.Control project progress from concept to completion, ensuring quality, functionality, and innovation.Produce detailed blueprints and specifications, ensuring adherence to building codes and standards.Manage budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality output.Conduct site visits to review project progress and report findings.Collaborate and coordinate with consultants, engineers, and construction professionals.Stay current with architectural trends, design technologies, and sustainable practices.Research and apply creative solutions to improve design efficiency and aesthetics.
