Junior Art Director

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working within the Saudi market and demonstrate a deep understanding of its cultural and commercial nuances. This role is based in Egypt, but the Art Director will lead visual projects tailored specifically for Saudi clients, ensuring that designs resonate with local sensibilities and preferences.Key Responsibilities:Lead the creative direction for campaigns and projects targeting the Saudi market, ensuring cultural relevance and visual appeal.Develop and execute innovative design concepts across various media, including digital, print, and social platforms.Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to produce cohesive visual campaigns.Manage and oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.Stay updated on design trends and insights specific to the Saudi region, leveraging market knowledge to drive creative solutions.Ensure all work meets the cultural, linguistic, and aesthetic preferences of Saudi audiences.Qualifications:Proven experience working as an Art Director or similar role, with a strong focus on the Saudi market.Excellent understanding of Saudi cultural trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns or projects tailored to Saudi Arabia.Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong leadership and communication skills to guide design teams effectively.Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environments.Experience working with Saudi clients or within a Saudi-based agency.Send your CV and Portfolio Via Email: jana.tamer@be-group.com
