Junior Art Director

The Junior Art Director at Spring Studios is an emerging creative professional, eager to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic environment. This role is focused on supporting Art Directors and Senior Art Directors, assisting with the development of creative concepts and execution of projects. The Junior Art Director is expected to take initiative on smaller projects while continuously learning from their senior counterparts.Key Responsibilities:💡 Concept Support: Assist in the development of creative concepts by conducting research, gathering visual references, and contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions. Ensure that all work aligns with client briefs and brand strategies.👩‍💻 Mood Boards & Creative Decks: Create mood boards and presentation decks that clearly communicate creative ideas to clients. Focus on visual storytelling, ensuring that all elements are cohesive and compelling.🧐 Research & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on contemporary culture, fashion, art, and design trends. Apply this knowledge to enhance the creative process and bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table.🥇 Project Assistance: Support Art Directors and Senior Art Directors with the execution of tasks, including layout design, visual references, and creative execution. Take initiative on smaller projects, managing them from concept to completion with oversight from senior team members.📸 Pre-Production & On-Set Collaboration: Assist in pre-production planning and support on-set activities during photo and video shoots. Learn from senior team members to build the skills needed for independent project management in the future.💅 Personal Style & Adaptation: Develop and refine a personal creative style while learning to adapt to various client briefs and brand requirements. Strive to balance individual creativity with the needs of the project.🧑‍🏫 Skill Development: Focus on honing skills in creative deck creation, copywriting, and strategic thinking. Take proactive steps to improve presentation and communication abilities, preparing for future growth into an Art Director role.🤖 Cross-Disciplinary Learning: Explore and integrate complementary creative skills, such as design, social media content creation, Generative AI, or 3D design.
