We will accelerate your development as a leader to create positive, enduring change in the world.Your Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's or master's degree with an outstanding record of academic achievement is a plus5+ years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following: operational excellence, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, product development, etc.Exceptional problem-solving ability including logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers and the ability to untangle complex issuesProven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationFluency in English and Mandarin
