These span across entire enterprises and range from simple approval workflows to innovative AI-powered processes at a global scale. We are looking for you, a (Junior) Developer (m/f/d) who wants to apply the latest technologies to build, run, and operate state-of-the-art microservices for process execution. Together, we want to evolve the heart of SAP Build Process Automation on SAP's Business Technology Platform.In your day-to-day work as a (Junior) Developer (m/f/d) within an empowered Scrum team, you'll focus on product development while applying cutting-edge technologies like Java, Spring, GitHub Copilot, Cloud Foundry, HANA, and Kafka. In addition, the team is driving cloud excellence topics, like monitoring, process reliability, and scalability initiatives.What You BringUniversity degree in Computer or Natural Science, Engineering, or a related field.You are proficient in object-oriented programming, preferably in Java, and bring very good software engineering and development skills.You love writing high-quality code and are familiar with agile software engineering practices. TDD or CI/CD is not a mystery to you.You enjoy applying your analytical skills to crack “hard nuts” and are willing to step out of your comfort zone if needed.You take responsibility for your own development and support your team to be successful.Fluent English language skills, spoken and written.
