Junior Business Analyst.Location: Aix-en-Provence, France.Fulltime role.Role Overview:We’re seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Aix-en-Provence. You’ll support client projects, product enhancements, and collaborate across teams in EMEA and Toronto. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Occasional weekend support may be required.Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements for trading applications.Translate business needs into user stories/specifications for development and QA teams.Act as a liaison for EMEA clients, ensuring clear communication with the Toronto project team.Assist with functional testing, production issue investigation, and client communication.Provide occasional weekend support as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.2+ years of experience (including internships) in a Business or Support Analyst role.Strong communication skills in English, with an analytical mindset.Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and the FIX protocol.Nice-to-Have:Fluency in Turkish or Arabic.Knowledge of FX, cryptocurrency, or stock trading.
