This role is ideal for driven professionals with sales experience, who are eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment.Things you'll be doingFind and connect with potential clients in different types of businessesShow our product to clients over the phone or in video, explaining how it can help themActively look for sales opportunities and work hard to close dealsManage the entire process from finding new clients to closing salesSkills and experience you'll needPrevious B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, financial services, or fintech (though other B2B sales backgrounds will be considered)Eager to learn, grow, and aspire to become a top-performing Account ExecutiveConfident in cold calling and pushing beyond your comfort zoneFluency in Norwegian and excellent communication skills in EnglishWe believe you'll thrive in this role if you haveAn outgoing personality and genuine enthusiasm for B2B salesA drive for results and the ability to thrive under pressureFlexibility to adapt to various business environments and marketsExcellent interpersonal skills and a talent for building rapport quicklyA place to growAt Kustom, you’re not going to be just another face in the crowd.
