We’re scaling fast and looking for ambitious people to join us on our growth journey.The OpportunityWe’re seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to support the growth and development of our Sales Development team. This is an ideal step for a high-performing SDR /BDR or Team Lead who’s ready to move into management. You’ll play a hands-on role in coaching and supporting the team, ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly, and partnering with sales and marketing to generate pipeline.Day-to-Day Team Support: Work closely with SDRs /BDRs to ensure activities (calls, emails, social outreach) are on track and aligned to goals.Coaching & Development: Run regular 1:1s, call reviews, and provide feedback to help build skills and confidence.Performance Tracking: Monitor activity and pipeline KPIs, highlight trends, and share insights with the Sales Director.Campaign Support: Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to roll out outbound campaigns and ensure the team has the right messaging, tools, and lists.Process Enablement: Help refine cadences, update playbooks, and make sure the team uses Salesforce, Salesloft, and other tools effectively.Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Business Development and Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and effective follow-up.Reporting: Provide weekly updates on activity, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.Preferred Qualifications1–2 years’ experience as a Senior SDR /BDR or Team Lead (B2B SaaS preferred).Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed targets.Familiarity with prospecting tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus).Strong communicator with a passion for helping others succeed.Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonus25 days paid annual leaveComprehensive health coverage including WebDoctor GP serviceGym membership at St. James' Gate Health and Fitness ClubWork EnvironmentHybrid working modelModern Dublin city centre officeCollaborative, innovation-focused cultureRegular team social events
