Junior Business Development Representative

PLN 5 300 - 8 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment)PLN 6 400 - 9 600 monthly before tax (Long-term contract (B2B)) + 16 paid days off.

What will you do as Junior BD Representative?Research and identify prospective clients across target geographies and industries (Retail, BFSI, High-Tech, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods)Qualify inbound leads and support outbound prospecting campaigns targeting senior decision-makersPrepare introductory decks, case studies, and tailored collateral for client conversationsCollaborate with senior BD, account managers, presales team on proposals, RFP responses, and pursuit coordinationMaintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy of opportunity data and pipeline stagesTrack and report weekly KPIs, including outreach volumes, meeting set rates, and opportunity conversionRequirements 2-4 years of experience in B2B business development or inside sales.

Preferably in IT services, software, or consultingFamiliarity with enterprise software/service sales cycles and basic IT services positioningStrong research, and organizational skillsHigh motivation to learn AI, product engineering, and enterprise consulting salesImpressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Strong negotiations skills.
