Junior Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Business Operations Specialist to support the smooth functioning of business processes across departments. In this role, you will work on a variety of operational tasks, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to maintaining high standards while helping improve internal processes. At EPAM Belarus, employees have the flexibility to choose the environment that suits them best.
