Business Process Analyst (6-Month Contract, Hybrid – Toronto)Industry: Banking / Financial ServicesWe are seeking a Business Process Analyst for a 6-month hybrid contract in Toronto (3 days/week onsite) within the financial services industry. In this role, you will analyze and improve business processes, design future-state workflows, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.What You’ll DoAnalyze current ("As-Is") vs. future ("To-Be") workflows and document change requirementsCreate new business processes, run workshops, and write business proceduresPerform data analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and align on changesMust-Have Qualifications1–2 years in business process consulting1–2 years in data analytics (reporting + recommendations)Experience leading workshops or small initiativesAbility to write procedures and interpret process mapsNice-To-HaveExperience with Visio or other mapping toolsPower BI experienceMS Office proficiency
