Further information is available at .Position SummaryTo provide analytical support and facilitate efficient material management for the completion of New Product Development Projects. Analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting general office administrative functions.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Create Oracle Purchase Orders for Materials, Testing and Contract Services for New Product Development (NPD) Projects. Issue internal requisition to procure internal inventory. PO maintenance, material receiving in Oracle. Correct and approve invoices in DataServ for transfer into OracleSupport NPD Financial Reporting and Analysis. Setup new Projects and GL Accounts. Run Department Financial and Project Data Reports, dashboards, charts or similar. Collaborate with Finance on tax Credit initiatives and resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies. Manage Fuel Card and petty cash purchases, balancing and reimbursementsSupport Engineering ePlanner functions including managing ePlanner groups, project set up, initial tasking, Shop technician hours entry, and reporting.
