Job Description:Serve as the key contact for enterprise and agency clientsSupport clients across onboarding, training, and implementation of the tool.Handle inquiries and requests from customers & end-users and address their needsConduct regular meetings with C-suite executives and marketing leaders across leading organizations.Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organizationIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work closely with internal teams to close them.Set up client accounts (non-technical)Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines efficiently.A people person and a team player, this is a networking role that thrives on connection and communication.Quick and adaptive learner, eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.Strong collaboration skillsFluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)Owning a car is required
