The Global Centre for Behavioral Economics is a consulting boutique within Allianz. We believe that organizations thrive when they deeply understand human behavior and decision-making. Based in Switzerland, we are a small and growing English-speaking startup with ambitious goals. We are looking for individuals passionate about behavioral science who want to make a tangible difference.This is a 12-month position, with the option for a permanent position based on individual performance and business development. We look forward to receiving your application by November 16th.What You Will DoSupport Projects: Contribute to consulting engagements through PMO-work, by conducting research, structuring insights, and supporting the delivery of behavioral redesigns. Discover: Help uncover behavioral drivers through literature reviews, journey mapping, and stakeholder interviews. Create: Contribute to the design of interventions, communication materials, and workshop content to help clients translate insights into action. Learn & Grow: Be part of a small, collaborative team where you’ll quickly gain hands-on experience and exposure to senior consultants and clients. Experiment: Use and explore AI tools (e.g., for research, ideation, or automation) to enhance the team’s productivity and creativity – and help shape our approach to AI-driven consulting. What You Bring With YouUniversity degree: Complete degree from a leading institution with very strong grades. Interest in Behavioral Science: While a degree in behavioral economics, psychology, or a related field is beneficial, we want you to be interested in understanding and shaping human behavior. Prior Work Experience: You have gained first work experience (incl. internships) with well-regarded organizations. At least one work experience comes from consulting. Analytical and Creative Thinking: You enjoy structuring problems, drawing insights, and generating practical ideas. Drive and Curiosity: You’re proactive, organized, and eager to learn. AI Curiosity (Bonus): You are experimenting with AI tools and excited to explore how they can be used in consulting and behavioral science. Languages: Fluency in English is essential. German, French, or other European languages are a plus. Work permit in Switzerland: You must be a Swiss or EEA citizen.
