This includes diagnosing and treating patients, performing surgeries, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Key Duties: Conduct thorough examinations of patients, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans. Perform surgical procedures as necessary and provide post-operative care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards.Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care. Participate in case discussions and contribute to the development of treatment protocols.Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications and follow-up care to ensure optimal health outcomes.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in ENT medicine through continuous education and professional development. Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance your skills and knowledge.Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols in all medical procedures and patient interactions. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care delivery.Research and Development: Engage in clinical research activities to contribute to the advancement of ENT medicine. Collaborate with research teams to conduct studies and publish findings in reputable medical journals.Administrative Duties: Assist in the management of departmental operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management. Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to budgetary guidelines.Qualifications: Must hold a Fellow of College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS) degree in ENT or a related field from a recognized institution.Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital setting, specifically in the ENT department, is required.Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in using medical software and equipment.Competencies: Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrate leadership qualities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.Licensure: Must possess a valid medical license to practice in Bangladesh.Requirements Experience: 3 years Education: ENT, Minimum 3 years of clinical experience after completing DLO, or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience after completing FCPS/MS.
