Key Responsibilities🎓 Student Counselling & Conversions • Provide end-to-end counselling to students aspiring to study in the UK. • Assess academic qualifications, financial background, and career goals. • Recommend suitable universities and programs based on eligibility. • Drive strong Meeting → Application → Offer → CAS → Visa conversions aligned with KPIs.📄 Application & Admission Processing • Manage full application process including documentation, SOP guidance, and submission. • Coordinate with UK university representatives regarding offers and CAS issuance. • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of applications.🛂 Visa & Compliance Advisory • Guide students on UK Student visa requirements and financial documentation. • Prepare students for credibility interviews if required. • Work closely with visa processing team to maintain high visa success rate.📈 Lead Management & Business Development • Follow up on allocated leads and convert walk-ins and referrals. • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events. • Maintain strong relationships with partner universities and networks.⸻Educational Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).Experience Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in UK student consultancy. • Proven track record of successful UK applications and visa approvals.⸻Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of UK university admission process and visa policies. • Excellent communication and counselling skills. • Target-oriented and performance-driven. • Strong documentation and compliance understanding.⸻Job LocationDhaka (On-site)
