This remote, full-time role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in CTPAT and OEA, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.The selected candidate will support the Compliance Department in generating reports, managing and monitoring digital platforms, conducting on-site client audits, and delivering high-quality customer service. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of compliance reports.- Manage and maintain internal and external compliance platforms.- Support and conduct on-site audits for clients, ensuring adherence to CTPAT and OEA standards.- Provide excellent customer service and timely client support.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with compliance requirements.- Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on action plans.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.- Proven experience with CTPAT and OEA (required).- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.- Strong organizational and reporting skills.- Availability for occasional travel to client facilities for on-site audits.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in compliance, security programs, or supply chain operations.- Familiarity with digital compliance platforms or management systems.What We Offer:- Full-time remote position with headquarters in Querétaro.- Professional growth within an expanding global compliance team.- Competitive compensation package.- Opportunity to collaborate with high-profile clients and industry leaders.
