APPLICATION CLOSING DATE: November 28th 2025 Human Technopole (HT) is an interdisciplinary life science research institute, created and supported by the Italian Government, with the aim of developing innovative strategies to improve human health. HT is composed of five Centers: Neurogenomics, Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Genomics, and Health Data Science. The Centers work together to enable interdisciplinary research and to create an open, collaborative environment that will help promote life science research both nationally and internationally. The Human Technopole Foundation is looking for a Junior Controller.The Junior Controller supports financial operations by assisting with financial reporting preparation and accounting processes. This role supports the implementation of the reporting system and ensures the accurate management financial reporting while collaborating with departments to align financial practices with organizational goals and reports to the Head of Finance. Your Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesSupport in the implementation of periodic financial reports for various activities; Assist in the development and maintenance of the internal finance dashboard for performance tracking; Assist in managing accounting records and ensuring compliance with organizational policies; Contribute to internal activities related to financial statements, tax, and accounting/ financial reporting; Provide analytical support for the implementation of the cost control model and related projects; Collaborate on ERP and software development initiatives, ensuring alignment with accounting and financial reporting requirements. Job RequirementsMandatory requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, or financial reporting roles; Familiarity with ERP systems and financial data management tools; Basic understanding of accounting principles and budgeting practices; Fluency both in Italian and in English – HT is an international institute. Preferred RequirementsExecutive Master in Administration, Finance and Control; Previous experience in an audit firm Organizational And Social SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping; Good organizational and analytical skills; Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders; Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic financial environment.
