The office is near the train station, very convenient to commute, cozy and warm environment.Job DescriptionSupport financial reporting and analysis, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing. Assist in budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial reports and variance analysis to improve business performance. Monitor and control costs, analyzing actual expenses against budgets and identifying areas for improvement. Provide financial data and support for internal and external audits, project controlling, and business planning. Enhance reporting accuracy by improving SAP data and financial processes. The Successful ApplicantA Successful Candidate Should HaveA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Business-level English and Japanese proficiency, both verbal and written. Experience in finance controlling. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, Excel skills; experience in AFO/Power BI is a plus.
