We offer: A supportive and vibrant multinational environment, we accept individual differences and believe in teamworkEnriching challenges that provide opportunity for constant learning and advancementTo work with talented individuals to develop new ideas and solve some of the most complex business challengesContingent/Leased assignment working onsite at Morgan StanleyContract via 3rd party agencyYou will: Work across the WM Risk organization to drive day-to-day management and execution of department prioritiesFocus on providing operational task and governance support for WM Risk organizationPlay a key role in department coordination and execution of key deliverables, inclusive of forum and routine management Support planning, preparation and drafting of presentations that lay out key metrics and insights relating to strategic efforts for divisional and Firm senior managementFlexibility and interest in supporting ad hoc projects/deliverables for the WM Risk organization You have: 3-5 years’ experience in risk management, financial industry and/or business management preferredExcellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to tailor message to audienceExhibit tact and good judgment in confidential situations with proven experience interacting with senior managementProven ability to work across departments to influence others and build strong relationshipsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team and possess a strong sense of accountability/ownershipDetail-oriented and thorough with strong follow-up / organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionOutstanding time management skills and sound judgmentProficiency in all Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelTeam Profile: Wealth Management Risk is responsible for overseeing the risk and control framework within the WM business unit.
