We work with a small number of clients each year through long-term growth partnerships, delivering multi-channel marketing systems, paid advertising strategies, and sales infrastructure that drive measurable results. As our client partnerships continue to expand, we are building our internal creative team to support both client delivery and our own media output, including podcasts, content series, and high-impact short-form video.Role DescriptionThis part-time role is perfect for someone with a passion for video editing and digital storytelling. As a Junior Creative Assistant, you’ll help us turn long-form podcast episodes, interviews, and client projects into short-form content suitable for platforms such as Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. The role can be remote, with the option to work from our office in Lincoln when needed.Your responsibilities will include:Editing video clips from podcasts and recordingsCreating short-form videos for social mediaSupporting the production of full podcast episodesOrganising creative assets and assisting with project workflowsHelping shape content that engages and adds value to business audiencesExperience editing short-form content or podcasts is beneficial, but not essential. General video editing ability is the main requirement, and we’re open to a conversation if this is your skill set.QualificationsVideo editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)Understanding of social media platforms and what performs wellCreative storytelling and attention to visual detailStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively and take initiativeInterest in marketing, media, or digital content creationExperience with short-form or podcast editing is a plus, but not required
