Working closely with the Creative Vision Lead, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating and delivering Fenwick’s brand campaigns and creative shoots—ensuring every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and reflects the vision of our brand. From preparing production documents to supporting on-set activity, you’ll help bring campaign concepts to life through strong organisation, attention to detail, and seamless operational support.As part of the wider Marketing and Brand Strategy team, you’ll collaborate with Buying, Trade, and cross-functional partners to manage samples, maintain shoot calendars, coordinate suppliers, and facilitate the flow of information across the business. Your ability to stay calm under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, and keep processes running efficiently will be key to ensuring teams feel informed, supported, and able to work effectively. You’ll also ensure assets and imagery are well organised and accessible, helping channel teams deliver high-quality output across all platforms.With strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for fashion, luxury, or creative content, you’ll help elevate the execution of all campaign activity. This is an exciting entry point for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to grow their creative production skills while making a meaningful contribution to Fenwick’s brand experience.What we are looking for in a candidate...Experience in a creative production, shoot coordination, fashion studio, or support role within a creative or luxury environment.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong administrative skills with experience handling schedules, budgeting paperwork, and tracking systems.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs in fast-paced environments.Confident working with internal teams and external creative talent.A solid understanding of fashion or luxury campaigns, shoots, or e-commerce production is highly desirable.Strong time management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.Collaborative mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude.About FenwickFenwick is rich with heritage and history and have been style pioneers since 1882 when our first store opened.
