Redstone Search Group, a 15+ year established Executive Search Firm, specialising across the global Corporate & Investment Banking industry work with a diverse client base including Corporate, Investment, Merchant Banks, Hedge Funds and other Financial Services providers; Redstone Executive Banking Search can confidently offer you an edge in today’s volatile market.Redstone Executive Banking Search are working with a leading Swiss Securities House looking to hire a Junior Cross Asset Solutions Role to join the team in Zurich.Key Responsibilities / TasksSupport the senior sales and trading team in delivering cross-asset structured solutions to institutional, professional, and retail clientsAssist with the origination, pricing, and execution of structured products across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, digital assets)Contribute to daily market monitoring, trade idea generation, and preparation of product presentations and marketing materialLiaise with internal stakeholders, including structuring, trading, and risk management, to ensure smooth deal execution and client serviceDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, providing responsive and tailored supportEnsure compliance with regulatory and internal standards across all processes and transactionsRole reporting to – Head of Cross Asset SolutionsKey Qualifications / Experience Minimum of 1 year’s experience in structured products sales, broking, or tradingStrong technical and communication skills with knowledge of cross asset structured solutionsDeep understanding of structured financial products and financial marketsLocated in Zurich or willing to relocateFor all positions based in Switzerland, Redstone Private Banking Search ltd works with their licensed Swiss partner Accurity GmbH.
